Schedule of the day: (can change depending on the group)
7:00 AM - 8:00 AM: Arrival
8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Ice # 1
9:30 AM - 10:30 AM: RGYM (off-ice conditioning)
10:45 AM - 11:45 AM: CDH
11:45 AM - 12:30 PM: Dinner
1:00 AM - 2:00 PM: Ice # 2
2:30 AM - 4:00 PM: Departure
